The Platinum package includes the following:

  • White, ivory, or black classic polyester table linens

  • White, ivory, or black classic chair covers

The Diamond package includes the following:

  • Any table linen (exceptions are burlap and sequins)

  • Choice of chair covers with sash or band

  • Choice of table runner (satin, burlap, pintuck, sequin, embroidered, or jacquard)  or overlay (organza, satin, pintuck, or embroidered)

  • Charger Plates

  • Any napkin w/ standard fold or Napkin ring

  • Cake table covering and draping

  • Head table covering and draping

  • Any additional table covering (gift, candy, guestbook)

  • Delivery and setup

The Ceremony Decoration package includes the following:

  • 20 pew sashes with accessory

Day of Coordinator

You’ve planned the wedding. You know your vendors. You can imagine what it looks like in your head. But you sure would love to have a few other sets of hands in actually making it happen. Let us tie up those loose ends, worry about the set-up and tear down on the wedding day, load gifts, and manage all of those little things that always pop up! Enjoy being a guest at your own wedding!

Reception Tear Down:

This is the all-important service package that allows you and your family to walk out at the end of the evening and leave the packing up to us.
Services Include: Removing centerpieces from tables and packing them up, gathering extra favors, packing up cake return items, packing up personal items, a general scan of the room for anything left (ie. Tux jackets, cameras, etc). With this service, we are typically the last ones to leave the reception and will ensure all items are packaged up and ready to be returned to you.
